This is Kwame the Okapi. It is a relative of the giraffe. Its skin feels like velvet, and it has a super huge tongue. It can lick the top of the horns on its head. The horns are actually part of his skull.

Dude, how'd you get so close to the animals? Kori is a huge animal fan but every zoo I take her to the "petting zoo" has been reduced to like sheep, dogs and chicken.

I went to A&M with a zookeeper. She will take me and a friend back. We fed the Giraffes while she cleaned up and worked on other stuff. I plan on doing this a whole lot.

I am getting a Canon 10D - I'll send you some good pics next time I go. Those were with Priest's point and shoot digital.

Last I saw him, was at Kansas Speedway and the helicopter was taking him away.

Its too bad, I thought he was gonna be one hell of a race car driver.

One hell of a nice guy too, tell him theres some open wheel fans that wish

1. he was still doing color commentary
2. that he was still driving indy style cars.
