It's the first game of the Rodeo Road Trip. Basically, it's the first game of the real regular season for the Spurs.

The Jazz will be looking for some redemption after being eliminated last year. There should be a lot of emotion in Salt Lake City tonight. The Spurs will need to play a very good game to pull off a win.

Oberto with his 0 points, 0 rebounds and -17 shouldn't see the court in the second half. Parker hasn't been much better. If he can't play then it's time to shut him down for a while.

Outside of turnovers, Duncan and Ginobili are playing pretty well. The defense is sucking per usual. The way this is playing out the Spurs have to come out playing well in the second half or else it'll be a blowout.

As much as TIMVP hates Stoudamire I think this would be a good move. You can actually rest TP for a while and start Stoudamire. He's started before and been in big games. Maybe hasn't come up big in those big games, but he's been there at least.

Was that Lakers 3 Peat team really that good. When you think about it Portland choked in game 7 in 2000 and Sacramento did the same in 2002. Lakers KILLED it in 2001 though. I don't know why I even brought this up I guess cause Damon was on the 2000 Portland team. I'm not trying to knock the Lakers because in the end they did win it all. They very easily could have only had one championship though, just shows you how big the pressure is. I'm pretty sure I read back in 2002 where Doug Christie said he was pissing himself when he was at the free throw line in that game 7.
