Michael Clarke Duncan has joined the cast of Kevin Heffernan's upcoming comedy The Slammin' Salmon. According to Variety, this will be the fifth film the Broken Lizard comedy team has done as a group.
The film follows the adventures of Miami restaurant owner Cleon "Slammin'" Salmon (Duncan), a brutal former heavyweight boxing champion who institutes a competition to see which waiter can earn the most money in one night. The winner will win $10,000, while the loser will endure a beating at the hands of the champ.
The film began shooting this week in Los Angeles.
