i think i once heard somebody saying something about garnett telling timmy "happy mother's day" after his mother died. is this true? when did it happen (year)? and i also remember timmy being up in kevin garnett's face once, im wondering if those two incidents are related.

the "happy mother's day" thing has never been proven although given recent behavior by KG its possible.

Timmy has never really been in KG's face but there was the time in when KG let loose a profanity lace tirade in TD's ear and TD just sorta smirked and played it off.

I think Kori has/had a link to an E-N column by Harvey where he comes right out and says that it DID happen.

I do not have a link. I never read in E-N; I read in a magazine.

Don't know exactly what KG said. I do know it included one or more "**** you"s in it. I remember both TD and KG being tossed. I also remembering coming close to implanting my foot in the TV when that happened. I couldn't believe the refs threw out TD for just standing there. KG was the instigator and was doing all the jawing and BS stuff. That was what pushed me off the fence and into truly believing KG is a total A-hole. I was hopping around the room like a frog on the griddle when that happened!

To add to the confusion: I recall Buck Harvey referring to that incident in a column.
