Witnesses told fire officials that they saw the victim smoking a cigarette while pumping gasoline at a Wal-Mart at Roosevelt Avenue and Southeast Military Drive at 10 a.m. when he caught on fire.

Recently, I've seen an idiot smoking a blunt while pumping gas, and another dipshit smoking a cigarette while fueling his GASOLINE TANKER truck!!!!!
If these geniuses want to blow themselves to bits, more power to 'em, but let them do it when I'm not there!
