I doubt it the guy that got out of the car got locked up. Why would he? The asshole was being the aggressor, he started hitting the guys car, he steps out of the car, and the stupid ass comes AT him- he swings in an effort to protect himself and gets knocked on his ass. Sweet.


I wouldn't take the guy in. I'd shake his hand. ;)

The kid got what he deserved, but if you watch him he looks at the oncoming police car and is not paying attention to the guy about to punch him. In no way was I trying to defend the aggressor.
