Honestly I don't think it will happen. Conservatism or the "Any Given Sunday" Theory inevitably kills the last undefeated team every year.

It'll probably be another 30 years before we see a team come as close as the Pats did.

of course there will be. came within a minute of happening this year, and this was only 30 years since the last one.

in the next 50 years...100 years...150 years...who knows?

I was very surprised that the Pats were able to be so calm and composed at the post-game interviews. Seriously, if my team came that far only to lose by three points, I would have burned that whole stadium down!
