Apparently a few tablespoons of nutmeg chased by a bottle of red will give you some wacky visions... if you can hold it down.

the trick is to work up some saliva before you put it in your mouth. shagia is a pro at that. what gets people is when you breathe in the tiny specs agitate your throat.
