Unbelievable. Stephen and Tara Grant's children witnessed the fight and their father murder their mother. The daughter is 7 and the son is younger (gave no age just younger than the daughter).

Sucks, but I've known two people who had to deal with similar situations. One of my HS friends saw his dad kill his mother as a kid, and another friend of mine's wife was murdered in a drive-by shooting while their 9 year-old son was walking with her.

I'm going to a funeral tomorrow for a man I've known my entire life who killed his wife and then killed himself. They've left behind a 7 year old son & a 4 year old daughter. Fortunately the children weren't there to witness it, but it's a pretty devastating situation for everyone involved. :(

So sorry SW. Read about it in Sundays paper, so sad, especially leaving behind the two young children.

Not sure how many remember the Susan McFarland murder by her loser husband but...

From an insider's perspective, it's taken alot of counseling, love, patience and prayer for the two youngest boys to be where they are today. They are doing very well. Sadly, the oldest who lives out of state with relatives, still has major issues in his life.
