Vince Carter is all flash and no substance. Basically he's an anti-Spur. Pass...

ya he sucks i guess....23pt scorer for his career...now ill admit he is not a person to lead a team..something he had to do in toronto and he did ok in new jersey but they were banged up. now its just an idea but dont tell me if he was on the spurs he would not bring great assets! he never played with anyone who demands double teams and a hall of famer like duncan

I'm not saying he sucks. He just doesn't seem to have the type of character that is required to be a Spur. One of the reasons I have always liked the Spurs so much is they place emphasis on character, not stats.
but who knows, if VC ever found himself wearing the silver and balck maybe Pop could set his mind right. Playing for a reputable winner might also do wonders for his mindset, but based on Carter's past he just seems a bit too much of a loose cannon that does shady shit.

You have never really watched the Nets then. I live in the ny/nj area and Vince DOES NOT PLAY D, and chokes in clutch situations. He is good for highlights , though, on the 11 o'clock news.

Do you understand anything about why the Spurs win?

Spurs need to make a trade. Shake things up. He's available. Win now. Scared money don't make none, etc...

Yes, he has skills.
And a terrible contract.

Nah.
You don't understand.
We'd have to give up too much for Vince and be locked in too long.
Not with Artest.

There should be a vBookie on whether or not you think Ghost Writer will disappear from the board after the trade deadline.

Most.
He's in my Fav (2)Five.
I like Manu, because he is a gamechanger.
He can do a lot of things really well, fill up a stat sheet and bring intangibles that get stops and make things happen.
He's a playmaker.
Vince is a jumpshooter and a dunker when he's unabided to the basket.
