Is it just me or is that crowd really loud?

How come it's not like that during the playoffs?

Even though people say Tim Duncan and his dunks are boring, I find them very exciting.

It's always sweet to see TD throw it down. I think and I'm sure he's going to do it more and more. He just seems to be playing some of the most consistent basketball in years.

Yeah, I'm surprised as well.

BTW, David West wasn't acting so tough that night

it looks more like he pulls down the rim and the ball meets the hoop half way, but exciting not the less!

Because during the playoffs a lot more of the seats are taken by people gossiping, talking on the phone, eating, doing their nails.....everything except actually watching the game and responding like an actual fan. I always wondered why they would pay so much for something they obviously aren't interested in.

I was at the game Sat night. It was loud during the fourth quarter. Mostly because the fans were getting restless due to the Hornets making the game close again, and then the Spurs/Manu took over and started making some great plays/3's. Don't get me wrong, it was a great atmosphere during the fourth quarter, but no matter what people say, it is always louder during the playoffs.

And as for the people being disinterested even though they paid a lot of money for the tickets...a lot of the lower level tickets are so expensive that they are owned by big companies, and the people there get them for free from their work/friends/ect...or they are so rich that a lot of money to you is pocket change to them and they are just there, not die hard Spurs fans. That is what was cool about the Alamodome, everyone could go due to cheap tickets. Was/is still terrible to watch basketball in though.

BTW anyone know how to get some final 4 tickets for early April in SA? I'll trade some Spurs tickets for Final 4 tickets if someone wants too. PM me if anyone does.

What I really like about this game is that everyone was excited for a change! It was refreshing to see!

When Timmy dunks THREE times in a game, he's super excited! And I like the whole energy of the crowd and the guys during the game.
