He is just one of those short fat guys “like tlong”, that bends his elbow an inch & they call it a bench press…I can legitimately bench 135 lbs… :smokin

After a search of youtube I sadly cannot find the footage of Phil Hartman as the roided out Soviet weightlifter who rips his arms off trying to dead lift 3,000 lbs. That would have been my witty response.

I miss the days when SNL was funny.

That's Ryan Kelly I think. He holds the world record for assisted bench press at 1050 lbs. The heaviest bench press without any equipment to assist is held by Scot Mendelson at 715 lbs. The heaviest drug tested bench press without any equipment to assist is held by James Henderson with a lift of 711 lbs, sort of ironic.

Also, I'm pretty sure I can kick that guy's ass.

What is more impressive is the Japanese dude who holds the world record for pushups at 10,565. (I think that is the exact number) That shit is literally Dragonball Z status.

It's towards the bottom and it says non-stop, so I guess it was one set of 10K.

The 1.5 Million pushups in one year sounds impressive too. You'd have to do 4110 pushups a day.

I mean I could see that before I can see someone doing 10k in one setting.
