What's your best Yao pun?

I'm not going there... it sucks to lose your best player for the season, especially when everything was just coming together for them. Bad Karma for mocking that.

lighten up. Everyone knew it was gonna happen sooner or later. Every year the rockets at some point look like they are gonna do something and then yao or mcgrady get injured. They're too injury prone.

How about waiting at least a couple of days before being a douchebag?

They're still a decent team without Yao.

so I quote the front page headline from http://www.sportsline.com/

and from ESPN (http://www.espn.com)

and then add a little clever one of my own and my thread fails? I am not gloating over the fact Yao is injured, I like Yao and it sucks for any team to lose someone so pivotal at this or any point in the year.

I just thought it was pretty humorous the titles they were coming up with. So go fuck yourself.

O and btw, that fail boat thing is way overplayed. If you don't like the thread dont post in it.

I know I was pissed when Duncan went down in Seattle and the crowd cheered, then he got up and the crowd booed. That's why I won't celebrate any team's injuries in any way.

It's not that anyone's sensitive, they're just not funny.

People always seem to mistake lame attempts at being edgy as humor; you actually have to be funny.

people say that hes a douchebag and that he shouldnt make jokes about the injury. So they arent saying its not funny they are just overly sensitive. I dont think he was making fun of Yao at all.

I'm sure if Tim Duncan were to break his ankle before the playoffs, you'll be full of jokes then. Some sports fans are just trash.

Might as well be a sonics fan cheering that TIMMY went down...

tactless...

Hope Yao a speedy recovery...

This is in poor taste, IMO. Injuries are not something to make light of.
