I live in the Valley and I'd love to be able to watch these playoffs with some other Spurs fans and not these trolls out here.

Does 'troll' apply? Not sure of the exact def'n of it.

Nice. Actually I'll send my Laker friends out there to watch with you.
I want to see a Spurs-Lakers series but the Spurs would need to win that one for me or I'll be hiding out for a month.

ducan228...I believe she lives in the area. Don't worry I'm sure you'll find her roaming the boards.

I visit Aniheim/Cypress quite often, at least one a month for a week. I wouldn't mind meeting up with some people for a game.

I'll be in Vegas April 4-6 for NCAA championship weekend. Might be willing to meet up (if I get there in time) to watch the Spurs-Jazz game that Friday night.

I live in Hollywood, and I went to high-school in the valley. What part of the valley are you living in?

I'm in the Sherman Oaks area, go to The Port a lot cuz they'll put whatever game on I ask for.
We should figure out a way we can meet for some games.

Umm, i think u misunderstand. Watch "with other spurs fans" doesn't mean "hang out with fellow laker banana munchers" but don't let that stop u from hanging out at your favorite spot :lol

LA Spurs fan here. We usually get together for a couple of games at least in the playoffs each year. SlayerMin, Russ, MiB, and Joe Tango are some cool motherfvckers to check Spurs games with.

Sounds like we have a big enough group that we should pick a place for some weekend playoff games and meet up. So far I think we have people in OC, Anaheim, Hollywood, and the Valley. Hopefully we wouldn't get denied entrance to an LA place when we all walk in with our S.A. gear.

I wear Spurs stuff all the time. (Just out and about, not to Staples Center. :lol)
I don't get too much trouble from Lakers fans.
They're a little mouthier this season because of how well the Lakers are playing, but in general it's been okay.

I braved it one time, wearing my DRob jersey to Staples for a Spurs Lakers game and it actually wasn't too bad, got a few hecklers, but I also saw some other Spurs fans decked out. Was a little worried before game cuz I was standing on corner with it on waiting for my Laker friend to get there, that's when I heard the most comments.
This sounds great, come playoff time we'll have to start a new thread posting locations for games.

Don't know how it contributes but just wanted to share it with you.

Just have to say that I've worn Spurs gear in both Salt Lake City and Phoenix.

In SLC some fuckers refused to serve me a beer because of the jersey, in Phoenix all I got was "we're really worried about you guys"... that was Feb last year. They were right! :lmao

Been to every Spurs game at the Staples Center since 2002 (Fakers and Clippers). I have no problem ever wearing my Duncan jersey. People can't do nothin but respect you when you're winning, but we've lost the last two Laker games I've been to. Rarely do we lose to the Clippers and their fans are all real cool.

I'm in the same area.
Keep your eyes open...I'm easy to spot because I'm usually in a Duncan or a Spurs T shirt.

I would like to try to meet up somewhere during the playoffs, but now I'm living in NOHO instead of near Santa Monica. I'm in law school so I'm kinda busy until mid may, but hopefully the Spurs go deep into may and june and I will have plenty of time to watch then.
