I don't pay attention to any ESPN polls.

ESPN is a second rate sports outfit. They are illegitimate. I ignore them.

speaking of polls

Amazing. The players think the Spurs' AT & T Center is still a House of Horror(2nd to Energy Solutions).
---------------

Which team's arena is the most intimidating to play in as a visitor?

Jazz's (EnergySolutions Arena) ...... 20%
Spurs' (AT&T Center) ...... 18%
Pistons' (The Palace of Auburn Hills) ...... 13%
Knicks' (Madison Square Garden) ...... 8%
Kings' (ARCO Arena II) ...... 6%
Celtics' (TD Banknorth Garden) ...... 6%
Clippers/Lakers' (Staples Center) ...... 5%
Mavericks' (American Airlines Center) ...... 5%
Warriors' (Oracle Arena) ...... 4%
Nuggets' (Pepsi Center) ...... 3%

[Based on a survey of 242 NBA Players]

FAST FACTS: Carlos Boozer and Utah had a 20-3 home record through Sunday, tied with Dallas for the best in the NBA; the Spurs and Tim Duncan were 20-5 in San Antonio.... The Knicks, 10-14 at home, have lost 10 home games by 10 points or more.... At 22,076, Detroit's Palace has the league's largest capacity.... The Celtics, 20-4 at home, finished sixth in the poll (5.6%).

This is an expanded version of the NBA poll from the February 11, 2008 issue of Sports Illustrated.

This poll is bogus.

The Mavericks have the best home record in the league at 23-5.

Everyone knows America Airlines Center is the most formidable arena in the NBA. Screw this poll. I know better.

The Alamodome would crush those numbers.

IMHO, It was the most intimidating arena to date. Even to this day, the legends of the ghosts behind the curtain still live.

You did read that this was based on the opinion of OPPOSSING NBA PLAYERS, didn't you? But I guess since you and every1 else knows better, that's it? BTW, what team do "you and everyone else" play for?

Actually WGAF what "you and Everyone else" knows.

Do "you and everyone else" know that if Mavs don't get their ass in gear, they won't even have to worry about the playoffs?

Can't believe Staples Center with all the Hollywood glamour crowd didn't make that "most intimidating" list.

This is really terrible. The team that finishes first in the ESPN NBA Power Poll gets awarded five free points in any playoff game they choose!!!! So it's really important!!!

I agree. The NBA players voting makes this poll credible.
