I think he is trying not to jinx the streak.

Hell no. Even I can not jinx this win. Have you seen Indy this year??? You and I could start for SA and we would beat them tonight at home.

Do you recall this thread that I started a month ago? Looks like I was spot on, eh?

Time for Spurs post break push.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Last year, the Spurs won their next 11 games after the All Star break and they never looked back, winning their 4th championship. Looking at the schedule, I see that it is very much a possibility to win their next 11 games again, repeating the feat. They then will be ready for another late season push to get the #1 seed and therefore a leg up on their 5th championship.

One caveat, they are not as healthy as they were last year, so it is imperatve that Parker and Barry get healthy fast.

To me, the season is just now starting up and now I will start paying more attention to games.

As long as we dont play to the level of the competition, we will be fine. I really dont see us losing tonight, but stranger things have happened.

Yeah, they only lost by 18 last night. Getting better, no doubt.

The Pacers don't have anyone who could contain Kurt Thomas, much less Tim Duncan, right now. They may have the worst frontcourt in the entire league.

I have been a Pacers fan ever since the team came into being, and I have zero confidence in their ability to beat "Los Spurs" at this point in time.

Spurs have sucked against Scrub teams and good teams this year so I expect it to end any second.

Unless the Spurs are really serious about getting #1 and starting early....

If they do lose it will because the spurs weren't concentrating on the game. They'll be concentrating on how retarded they look wearing those jerseys.

Duncan looked extremely good last game. When he finds a groove, he usually stays in it for a week or two after being in a funk.

Spurs destroy the Pacers tonight in a low scoring affair, winning 84-68.

I think Spurs win tonight, but that may be the end of the streak. Denver in Denver on a b2b is gonna be a tough win. But then we start another streak Sunday afternoon.

There is a slight possibility that it might end in Denver but I highly doubt the Spurs lose to Phoenix. At this point in the season, Phoenix looks confused and disoriented on offense as well as defense. Kerr's a** could be on the line for the trade for Shaq... Spurs are turning the corner again just like every year... Look out come playoff time....
