LOL half the Laker team seems to be returning in April. It's gonna be crazy when they all get back. I hope Phil keeps them locked up in the gym that week before playoffs and makes them play non-stop.

^At best late March or early April. If he can't make it back before the playoffs it might make sense to just have him come off the bench with the 2nd unit.

The latests tidbit from the LA Times:

Bynum is still jogging in a swimming pool and also working out on an elliptical machine, but he has not tested his injured left knee on a treadmill, though that could come next week, a team source said.

So, I guess if he can run on a treadmill with no pain, he should be able to step back on the court soon after that.

Lakers have the worst medical staff in the league. We're fucked this year and every year plagued by injuries. I think Karl Malone was pissed with Lakers med staff and so was Mihm in misdiagnosing their injuries.

Didn't Kobe go to Colorado to see a knee specialist on his own? Yeah, that shows a lot of trust in our med staff. Me thinks our med staff sucks and if Vitti is at the top of his field it sure doesn't show.
