KU, Texas, and K-State are almost assuredly locks, no matter what happens next week.

The Sooners are looking good, probably in either way. Ditto for Baylor. Both move themselves into lock status if they are still playing next Saturday.

Oklahoma State & Tech are out unless they win the tournament (IMHO).

That leaves A&M as our not-so-firm bubble team. They could get helped by the conference's RPI, which may encourage the committee to take a 6th team. But when we couldn't even get 5 last year (inexplicably), that can't be banked on. As it is, the Aggies may need at least 1, and maybe even 2 next week.

ISU is not the team that any bubble team wants to be matched up with in the Big 12 Tourney.

Our old SWC fans may not be aware, but when the tournament is in KC, it doesn't matter how the Clones finished the regular season, their fans used to turn Kemper into a home game...even against KU.

A&M did win at Hilton this year, so it may not be a big deal, but still...
