I hope it's just an ache and nothing serious.

Nothing serious: Spurs guard Manu Ginobili had a large ice pack taped to his back as he dressed after Sunday's game, the result of taking a hard shot to his side. But he called it just a typical bump from a game.

"I don't know what it is," Ginobili said. "It hurts a little bit, but I am fine."

El Contusion lives on. Manu's longevity worries me with how much he gets hit.

"El Contusione" - i'm sure he's used to this by now. I'm more worried about his minutes, i think Pop will do a good job of managing this though.

Ginobli could be bleeding out his ears and eyes and he'd brush it off as just another bump that happens in the game. lol. But I hear sore back and that worries me on a back to back game.

I wonder if he got that bump while getting tangled with Shaq...

Still, I don't like the sound of that, especially, when the Spurs have to play Denver yet again on a back to back...

He had to stop a nuclear missile heading its way for the U.S. during half-time. Nothing serious. He'll bounce back.
