Close game quickly turned into a rout in dropping 79 on them by the half.

1st quarter: 37-34 Suns. 2nd quarter: 42-14 Suns. Wow--I don't know if the Suns have had a quarter like that, ever.

Up by 31 points at halftime for the 2nd time in 3 games.

I remember them scoring 47 in the first quarter against Miami a year or two ago.


They also scored 47 in the 1st against the Kings earlier this season in november.

Yeah, but I meant offensively and defensively--42-14 doesn't happen very often.
