Eva Clue-less About B-Day Bash

Eva Longoria Parker had no Clue.

Fresh from a birthday bash in Miami, the 33-year-old Desperate Housewives star arrived at the San Antonio airport Sunday – completely unaware of the intricate celebration hubby Tony Parker had planned in their hometown.

The party, elaborate even by Hollywood standards, involved surprise visits from friends and family, an Amazing Race-style scavenger hunt, a lavish dinner at a castle and a real-life version of the Clue board game.

"There was no party planner," says one impressed party guest. "Tony was the [mastermind] of this all. And it was a big surprise."

The unsuspecting star – who had already enjoyed three previous birthday bashes – was greeted at the airport by the familiar Clue characters (played by hired actors who were flown in from Los Angeles). But the San Antonio Spurs star was noticeably absent.

"Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, all of them were there," says the guest. "But there's no Tony. Although there was a Spurs coyote – the Spurs mascot – in the crowd."

The actress then headed to a local hotel, where she met up with friends, including actress Lake Bell, who had been flown in for the surprise. The pals were then divided up into teams for a city-wide scavenger hunt which ended up at a steakhouse.

Before the party could continue, the birthday girl had to watch a video and answer questions from the still-MIA Parker.

Says the guest: "It was stuff like, what was the first place we had our date? IHOP. What was the movie we saw together? National Treasure. What's my favorite color? Red. She got them all right."

Tony's Big Surprise
That set the stage for the biggest surprise of the night. "In walks the Spurs coyote again," says the partygoer. "But it's Tony in the coyote costume! He's been in the coyote costume the whole day .... He was hot, he was sweating, he was in love with his wife."

(The couple recently faced a round of Internet innuendo, when Longoria Parker was photographed without her tattoo of their wedding date. Did she have it removed? Any suggestion of marital strife "couldn't be further from the truth," says her rep Liza Anderson. "She was working on set! They always put make up over her tattoos when she is working.")

With Parker's true identity revealed, the group then headed to San Antonio's Terrell Castle for a lavish meal. The ultimate icing on the cake: Longoria Parker's favorite birthday cake – Betty Crocker yellow cake with chocolate frosting – cooked by her mother.

The night capped off with the real-life version of Clue, the couple's favorite board game. The actress's team tied for the win, concluding correctly that Miss White killed Mr. Body in the library with the wrench.

But Parker was the night's real champ, for managing to pull off such an elaborate – not to mention romantic – celebration.

"This was all Tony," says the guest.

Hell yeah! Having dirty sex with his wife on her birthday is a great way to take out your agression. I recommend you try it with your blow-up doll.

Aw! Well done Tony.

I loved how it was him in the Coyote suit the whole time. That was brilliant!

I don't think our players should go hide in a cave because of a loss. I know the Spurs are in a slump, but celebrating his wife's birthday is not a bad thing. If you noticed, Parker has been doing a good job lately.

If he cared half as much about playing defense as he does about pleasing the missus, we might win a couple games here and there...

This is ridiculous. Bad timing for the thread.

Tony is just being a normal guy by doing special things for his wife on her birthday. I'm sure it has no negative effect what so ever on his game.

Don't be so sure ... I'm sure the effort and originality he put into that earned him the fuck of a lifetime. He'll probably still be sporting ice packs tomorrow and walking with a noticable limp. I say he has the crappiest game of his career tomorrow. :lol

Seriously, though...I can't believe the kind of inconsequential bullshit that pisses some of you off. Yesterday it was Sean Elliott calling the Boston game in the first quarter, today it's Tony doing something special for his wife on his day off. Oh, the horror. :lol

Maybe not the best of times for the thread, if you are reffering to Manu's chronicles ( and only that), but the other shit you wrote here is laughable. Smooth by Tony, really smooth.

Read the rest of the thread, you aren't the first one to try to start shit between them in the thread.

It's lame in my opinion. Do you think Tim hasn't played any video games since the Boston loss? :lol

One time I saw Oberto and Manu eating out with their families after a Spurs PLAYOFF loss. And they were laughing .. can you believe it .. laughing??? What selfish assholes, right? :drunk

Basketball is like any other job (except for the pay of course). With that said, the players have every right to do whatever they please once they've finished playing the game. I know that when I have a messed up day at work, I'm not going to go home and dwell on it. I'm off to "Happy Hour" to drink a margarita...
Speaking of margarita's, those $2.50 margaritas @ the Mama Margie's off of Military drive are pretty good. :toast

I would scream in their face DONT YOU HAVE A GAME TO PREPARE FOR.

Then I'd ask the family to leave, and pay for the meals, put them in my van and would call Pop away from his "Eyes Wide Shut" meeting, to handle them..

sarcasm alert!

Actully this is on topic, I wasn't going to make a thread about it but I do anyways sometimes but.................

After getting stomped by 25 in the bayou, my old friend Krista calls me up and says.. "Wayne! I'm at dinner here in NO, and GUESS who just came in!" I said uh, who.. "The Spurs! I know Manu, and Bruce, but I don't know the rest"

She said hold on, and I heard a bunch of guys yell "heyhi" in the back. She said "Seee!!!" and hung up.

So this is just another case and point, the Spurs having fun after they lost! I forbid it! hahaha

If someone thinks a three-time NBA champion should cancel a birthday party because of a regular season loss, that someone would be better off hanging up the mouse, unplugging the internet and going outside for a glimpse of the real world.
