Spurs killed the Bulls and put on a "clinic" tonite!
It all started with Timmy Duncan - who led the team to a GREAT VICTORY TODAY!!!
Popovich did the right thing today:
NO SHOTS ALLOWED for Finley from 3
NO time for the Mighty-s**t-Mouse - who came to play when the game was decided already...
limiting Horry's minutes to save him for the Playoffs
The Spurs took the ball inside vs. outside empty perimeter shots in prior games - they took their time with consistent defense and WON conveniently.
The best part of ALL - THE "OLD DONKEYS" had a 2-day REST and it showed - they played excellent today, so one of the reasons for the 4 losses - mostly due to the tough schedule and overplaying of...the OLD PLAYER...
GREAT "W" for the Spurs - the starters had a HUGE REST in the 4th so I am expecting HUGE WIN in the next game as well!!!
