Mavs are coming out of 2 tough losses against the Lakers and Celts, have had to listen to the chatter that they have yet to beat a team above .500 team since the Kidd trade, add to it the Mavs always seem to play really well against the Spurs, I think the Game Sunday against the Mavs is going to be the real test to see where the Spurs are and if they've learned anything from their 4 game slide.

Good game tonight. The big 3 did there thing. Bowen smothered Martin. I thought Finley and Udoka did about as well as you can against Artest. Good to see Finley make some shots though he missed all 3 of his attempts in the 2nd half. Nice efforts from Thomas and Oberto. Udoka moved really well so I assume the ankle isn't bothering him any. I was really happy with JV's game. He was hitting the jumper, attacking and kicking out.

Fabricio Oberto didn’t have a very good game.

Ime Udoka: defensively he was active but he wasn’t especially effective. The Kings had success going right at him. Udoka’s inability to defend the stronger perimeter players this year such as Artest has been somewhat disappointing...

I thought Kurt Thomas quietly had one of his better games as a Spur...Thomas didn’t hold back in dishing out some punishment of his own.
