It isn't a barrier. It's an add painted on the ground.

Pretty nice dunk. It shows good body control.

What would have made it awesome was if he actually blocked the shot on the other end and then ran the court for the reverse dunk.

It is an ad on the ground...it's not standing up? That video is hard to see but it looks like some kind of barrier...maybe I'm blind :)

It looks like a barrier but it's painted on the ground.

Look at the start of the video and you will see the ref on the "barrier".

lol, this kind of ads are pretty common in European arenas. They're designed to look 'right' on TV, if you're standing on the floor right next to it, it looks really messed up.
