If I knew TPark in person I would try to help him fix his diet.

I'm sure he's a good guy but he's a dick face to me and I am to him.

But I would like to help him reach his goal.

We've known each other many years, but this is the first time you came to me for counsel, for help. I can't remember the last time that you invited me to your house for a cup of coffee. But let's be frank here: you never wanted my friendship. And you were afraid to be in my debt.

I understand. You found paradise in America, had a good trade, made a good living. And you didn't need a friend of me. But now you come to me and you say -- "DLF, give me justice." -- But you don't ask with respect. You don't offer friendship. You don't even think to call me DisgruntledLionFan#54,927.

What have I ever done to make you treat me so disrespectfully?

Thanks for the help guys, Went to get a checkup and have found out to have lost another 20 pounds since my last apointment on the 30th of January.

Hopefully I can keep up that pace.

Judging by what I've read of his what? 65lb weight loss so far? I'd probably say something to the effect of:

"Wow! Congratulations, you look great!"

Ha, no its a total of 44 since December 21st.

Sorry if I got something wrong there.

It was 20 at January 30th, then 24 since then yesterday.

Hopefully I can lose another 20 by playoff time.

Well done with your weight loss TPark! It feels great, doesn't it? I'm just about at 30 pounds gone myself (I dropped under that thanks to food poisoning earlier this week, but now that I'm eating solid foods again, it's creeping back up, as it should).

not to steal from this thread but there's nothing to brag about eating healthy. and 5'11 160 doesn't mean you are fit... you are probably out of shape.
