Never really heard this guy speak before until today. He's pretty good as an analyst, I wouldn't mind seeing him on the TNT or ESPN crew. He's already worlds better than Reggie Miller and god awful Jon Barry.

Chris always has been very well spoken and it helps that he's not Sam Cassell ugly or talk like Ron Harper. I wouldn't be surprised if was asked to do more TNT.

Jon Barry is ok i guess.... he does come accross as ignorant and surprisingly knows little about the game...

Reggie Miller is just a joke.... sounds like he is gargling water as he talks.

I like the JVG Marc Jackson Mike Breen combo.

Ron Harper has a really terrible stuttering problem. For every Bill Walton, there's a hundred Ron Harpers.

But I agree, Webber should be good as an analyst.

Anybody wonder how Reggie and Cheryl Miller came from the same gene pool? Cheryl should be doing color instead of being a female Craig Sager.

Rose never brought the bang Webber did to the league. He has a lot more fans for a reason the guy just knows how to talk ball.

He was on Cowherd or Dan Patrick yesterday, can't remember which one.

Sounded well spoken to me.

Jon Barry is AWESOME.....I love his humor and he reminds people that at the end of the day it is still just a GAME.

He's no longer with ESPN but he does a syndicated show. It's on The Ticket in Dallas at 9pm.

If Brent Barry ever wants to get into announcing I guarantee he would be hilarious

I agree.

I also wonder if Shaq will one day be as funny and surly an announcer as Barkley is.

I think shaq will be pretty funny as an analyst. I also think Damon Jones would be entertaining....but alas he still plays.

Having Shaq would suck. You can't hear what he's sayin'. Reggie and Chuckster are enough really.

Cool. Thank you. I wouldn't have found it otherwise.

The only way Damon Jones signs a contract with any network is if the contract contained a clause that mandated that the camera cut away from the game and onto him as many times as he likes. Whole games would be missed so that viewers could see him commentating.

Barkley made fun of him on air during one of the dunk contests one year. Funny shit.
