EVERY player goes through a slump. Finley will get bashed again as will Tony, Manu, Tim, Bruce, Brent, Pop, etc. I know they all deserve crticism when they play bad but damn.

I don't understand why people expect so much from him. We already have 3 big time players. I expect the others to get hot at thier own specific time. They will be dubbing duncan the whole day and leaving 1 guy open, hopefuly Fin, Ime, Bruce and Tony hit their shots.

We don't need Finley shooting lights out every night. We need him shooting consistently decent. The problem with relying on streak shooters is you don't know which Finley has shown up until he has been in the game stinking up your offense already. At what point do you put Ime in? Five misses? Seven? Meanwhile Finely's man is getting to the paint with impunity. If he lays an egg or two down the stretch or in the playoffs, I don't see any reason to ever start him over Ime/Barry given the kind of players we will need to be defending. Sitting around waiting for Finley to have some kind of breakout night is ridiculous.
