I knew an old man who was in his 90's and he had a naked lady tat on his forearm.....the trouble was there was no way anyone could tell it was a naked lady anymore, the outline was about 1/4 thick and it was very distorted.

I think that's because Duncan's tattoos are more or less hidden. You can only see 2 of them if his jersey moves. It's more subtle than ones you can see all the time like Tony's or Damon's (or the majority of the league for that matter.)
