Jesse Ventura Unloads: The Parties, The Chickenhawks, And His Revolution

Pro-Wrestler-turned-Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura went on Larry King Live Tuesday and unloaded on a variety of topics, including his take on the 2008 presidential candidates, what he's looking for in a commander-in-chief, and whether he plans on running for president. Ventura told King that he thinks it's time for a revolution in the United States, that we are a nation of "lemmings," and that the only difference between the two major political parties and street gangs are that the politicians wear Brooks Brothers suits. After blasting the two-party "dictatorship" in America, he gave his opinion of the three presidential candidates (hint: it wasn't very favorable). And he reserved special judgment for the "chickenhawks" who he said marched the country into war in Iraq.

I agree with him in that we need a revolution in the United States.

Did he lose re-election?

Or did he serve out his term limits for governorship (depends on state law)?

Well he has about as much ability as Obama and Hillary. They
are all about the same. All Talk, smoke and mirrors.

Naw, we know what McCain is. A liberal Republican. We

I assume you are talking about Bush, the guy who is so
dumb that he keeps outsmarting the dimm-o-craps.
What does that say for the dimm-o-craps?

Fuck that. I would much rather just keep going into debt, worshiping celebrities, watching which politicians worship wear, and continue to hate the wealthy all while my politicians ignore the REAL problems and continue to shove wads of $$$ down their pockets.

I ain't got time to bleed son!

In a recent interview Ventura talked about how when he became Governor, he was summoned to Washington and was interrogated by the CIA, and how his phones were tapped. The CIA seems to have denied it until recently...

He also believes that Bldg. 7 of the WTC was a controlled demolition. When he was in the armed services, he worked with explosives.

All politicians of both major parties are smoke and mirrors. If they don't start out that way, they learn damn fast by losing to other smoke and mirror candidates. See: McCain, John 2000 - 2008.

Yes! I would most certainly recommend to my liberal friends, who are given to environmental or 9-11 "truth" causes, or are otherwise given to a third party ... go with your conscience. There is nothing saying you have to vote for Barack or Hillary -- both of whom are smoke and mirrors.

There's Nader! And ... whoever the Green Party is putting out there. Really. Vote your conscience.
