Amare made Dirk look like a punishing low post player, he misses 3 free throws down the stretch, has turnovers, gives up easy baskets...probably the worst big man defender in the entire league.

I must admit I had a love-hate relationship with this game:

I loved seeing the Mavs losing, but I hated to see the Suns get closer to our record.

I loved to see the suns prevented from getting closer and seeing their supposedly "much improved" team falter, but I hated seeing the Mavs looking clutch, esp. Dirk.

I wish both of them could have lost.

Same here. A little distance between us and the Suns is a good thing especially if we lose on Wednesday to them but it's fun watching the Mavs lose.

Sheed owned Amare in the 4th quarter/OT when we played them. This was when the Amare for MVP crap started. For the first 3 quarters Amare was beating out Sheed, but after that he got embarrassed.
