When we looked at LA's remaining schedule a couple weeks ago, I did not pencil in losses to Memphis, Charlotte and Portland. :lol

The two or the three seed isn't as interesting as going in as the #1. If the Lakers, Suns, Hornets and Mavs were all on the other side of the Western bracket that would be pretty sweet.

Edit: It goes to divison record since the Spurs and Hornets are in the same divison. The Hornets have one less loss in division so they would need to lose two more games for the Spurs to have a shot at the number one seed.
