TNT and ESPN switch off during the the playoffs before the Western/Eastern Conference Finals. The Western Conference Finals are on TNT, the Eastern are on ESPN. The NBA Finals are on ABC (which is ESPN anyways).

NBA TV will probably have a few games also. They seem to pick up a few every year. I think the 1st round your local sports network gets to do games that aren't on TNT.
