I had been studying pretty hard the past 3 weeks for the state Life/Health/Accident insurance licensing exam. Took the exam yesterday at noon and I passed with exactly a 70%. My friend told me that the passing rate fluctuates between 39 and 42% so I was really stoked when I saw my grade. If I had missed two more questions, I would have failed. Wasn't without a little luck.
So I'll be moving back to San Antonio in mid-May to start working at a job that's much less dead-end than my previous and will pay me a lot more. I can probably have my debts paid off by the end of summer and can start rebuilding my credit and securing myself financially.
The dark cloud that's been hovering above me for the last six months just faded away. Nothing but blue skies now.
