where are the pundits that said regular season mean nothing, especially when western conference was so competitive from the beginning?

The forum is now filled with finding escape ways for Spurs. Had Spurs be in 1st or 2nd, many people in this forum will have good night sleep.

Regular season is important.

Without it, we wouldn't know who makes the playoffs.

I said the order of finish isn't important if the Spurs are healthy and playing well going into the playoffs. Since they appear to be neither, it doesn't look rosy. If they turn it on and play well they can still beat everyone in the league in five or six games.
