Oberto brought the ball half way up then lowered it. Okur was beaten, flapping around trying to recover and make a play on it. He's just a big slow Euro! He doesn't have the quickest reaction time. If the ball was never brought up at all, and Okur jsut smakced his head that'd be a different story. But in this case, Oberto definitely made a show of bringing the ball up.
