P.S. Did anyone have the last Portland & Seattle Game on PC?

I'd like to see Ian on the bench, give him a feel for his future.

There is no playoff roster. You choose your players for every game, just as in the regular season.

potentially not true. If you signed someone who was released after mar 1st they are not eligible for the playoffs even though they are on your roster.

But other than that caveat, yes.

Don't we have to pare down the roster for playoffs? Or am I thinking of something else? Anyway, for practical purposes, the players who are going to get useful time won't change.

Take Damon Stoudamire off...

He hasn't proven much, and can't score for beans

In the past, but not anymore. The rule previously was a team could only take 12 (no ir). Then a few years ago they added 1 IR spot to the playoff roster, and the very next year they just gave up and let teams do everything exactly the same.

are you positive this is correct? The NBA site still has the old rules if so.

If you're talking about the NBA 101 section, they haven't really updated that in a long time. There are some other sections out of date as well.

On April 11th, 2006 the NBA announced playoff rosters were expanded to 13. (http://www.nba.com/playoffs2006/rosters_060412.html)

In August 2006, the playoff rosters were expanded to 15. (http://www.nba.com/playoffs2006/rosters_060412.html)

Yes, last season the NBA decided to increase the playoff roster size from 13 to 15, with each team designating 12 active players and up to three inactive players before each game.

Cool, so we don't have to make a decision between Rob and Mighty Mouse? A friend of mine was saying the SA radio was talking about who would be left off the roster.(thompson brothers, I think, but I don't know b/c I live in Austin)

Anyway :flipoff the Suns and on to the :lobt:
