Tony Parker officially has nothing left to prove.

Well, I guess it was official last year. But now it's officially official.

If that doesn't turn on the lightbulb, it's hopeless.

I don't know, I think he just played the sarcastic card when he realized that nobody's with him.

This series could be over now if Tony ran the offense like he should.

ShoogarBear

All this game proved is that if his jumper is on, and you don't defend him anyway, he'll just shoot some shots.

I think The Source just adjusted their review and gave Tony an extra mic.

He's got more street cred after curb-stomping the Suns.

And damn you, Shoog, for making me remember how much I want that hat Tony wears at the beginning of the video.

OK, he really tricked me then. His avatar was what really got me, actually. I thought he's one of my stupid countrymen. :lol

Great game by Tony. Only negative is that he didn't pass enough to Manu. Heads will roll.

What's more amazing is the reason behind Parker's aggressiveness tonight; According to his postgame quotes, he remembers what he did all the way back in 2004 when he had awesome games 1-2 and laid eggs in games 3 and 4 and the Spurs ended up losing that series to the Lakers. The fact that he in his mind took responsibility for that loss in the series, learned from it, and came out on a mission to right something from 4 years ago tells you something about Parker's continued dedication to improving his game. Simply Awesome.

If I was at the game, I would have gone totally Rafar Alston on Parker and given him a big kiss :makeout :lol

Yeah, Tony's mentioned the 2004 games in several interviews. It happened in 2005 against the Pistons where the lane gets shut down. Seems like he's really determined to not repeat that.

Dammit he was good tonight!

Actually, it is cool that not only has Tony not forgotten the memory of 2004 (like a lot of egotistical players might), but he is willing to publicly admit that he used it as motivation to make himself better.

I loved that.

Like a lot of people, I fully expected to lose last night because I remembered what has happened in the past when we've gone up 2-0 against good teams. One thing I took for granted is that the Spurs remember it too.
