Everyone knows the biggest letdown in NBA history was GS over 67-win Dallas....
But tomorrow we possibly have the Spurs sweeping Phoenix with Shaq who was specifically brought in to beat the Spurs.
What a horrible feeling it will be for Phoenix tomorrow.

This was a potential WCF battle. It is not a shocker or a letdown should the Spurs close it out tomorrow.

in answer to OP's statement, horrible for Phoenix fans, maybe. but it will simply be confirmation for Spurs fans of the things that we've known for a few years now.
hmmm.... will the arena be filled tomorrow? will the people in attendance come to support their team or boo them out of existence?

My guess is, if the Spurs get them down in the 1st quarter, you will hear the boos early and often the rest of the game.
What Phoenix fans fail to understand it there is Regular Season Spurs and then there is the Playoff Spurs. And normally that is two different teams.
Seems every year a team comes along that overpowers Spurs every time they play in RS, only to see the Spurs blow them out when postseason arrives. Last year, the Cavs got the treatment. This year is the Suns turn.

"letdown" is definitely a relative term...
