Elia, the Cubs manager at the time, in his press conference after the game, went off on Cub fans for their fair weather support of the team in a 4+ minute expletive filled tirade that is the best of all-time.

I heard that again this morning on the radio -- I remember when it happened, but didn't really have any idea why it was such a big deal, other than all of the f-bombs that Elia dropped. My favorite part is where he says something like 85% of the world works and the other 15% comes to Wrigley Field every day to watch the Cubs.
