Well, I'm looking to join the rest of you all and get on Road Runner but need some help.
Anyone here on RR lite?
I can get RR lite for 19.95 a month til 1/1/06.
But is it quite a bit slower than the standard RR?
Should I just drop the extra $10 bucks and get standard?
I think it is time to stop being cheap and get rid of the old dial up.
Plus we want to drop our land line and go with digital-phone and just have one bundled huge bill every month.

Thanks for your comments and remarks.

I would say, just spring for the Standard. It's great. We actually have RoadRunner Premium now.

I think I'll make a Donald Trump decision and go with standard.
The dude I was talking to didn't even mention premium..probably because he could sense I'm cheap.

Probably standard, Sequ.

That's what we have here at my place in SA.

I just got a press release yesterday that Time Warner-Austin was increasing our standard package to 5Mbps from 3Mbps free of charge.

Oh, man....me, too....getting Road Runner.

We figured if we got that digital cable/road runner/phone through TWC, it's significantly less than what we pay for everything individually.

I've had AOL for over 10 years.......I have to call and cancel. :( :cry

I agree. That's why we are doing it. Time to get off of Everyone's Internet who I've had for over 7 years.
Figured the money we pay SBC and EV1 will be better applied to TWC.
