Vecsey: Derrick Coleman needs new heart (http://www.nypost.com/seven/05022008/sports/derrick_needs_new_heart_109042.htm?page=0)

Now, for the cracks.

1. How can Derrick need a new one when he never showed he had one in the first place?

2. Being a Peter Vecsey-bylined story, Derrick may just have a bad case of the gout.

LMAO!!!

Heard on local radio that DC contacted local papers and said the Peter Vescey report has zero truth to the story.

Vescey is certifiable.

3. This would have been nice in, say, 1991.

P.S.... Do you think people feed Vecsey bogus stories just to fuck with him because he's such an asshole?

Yep. I had three, all already taken!

Here's a stab at another:

4. Coleman now will finally be able to get along with his old Net teammates and coaches, most of whom have no heart either.

Every time I worry about the Pacers being labelled the most dysfunctional team ever, I think back to those Net teams from about 1989-1992. Those guys killed more FO careers than Ryan Leaf and Marijuanovich put together.

C'mon, no obvious cracks about Vecsey and a brain transplant?

I'm no doctor, but isn't something required to be there in the first place for it to be called a transplant?
