I'm not going to write off our boys. They look bad, but remember how well we started against the Lakers and the Pistons, and how those series changed so quickly. The Hornets look like a 70-win team, but they weren't. They also didn't go 4-0 against us in the regular season. They are a very good team, as are we. They are simply playing better than us right now.

Ginobili is injured and they are playing with amazing confidence... somehow, we have to exploit our advantages against them. I think it must come down to Tim Duncan kicking their f__king asses down low, then our 3-point specialists hitting their shots like they did against the Suns in '05. Even old bastards should be able to do that.

I don't think the refs are our friends in this series. It's going to be tough, but if the Hornets continue to play at this level, and we continue to brick shot after shot--let's just concede that they deserve it.

Exactly what have you seen in these two games that would lead you to believe their coach "isn't very smart"? Seems to me, he has been out-coaching Pop. He has his players "believing" they can take it all. And unless the Spurs start playing like every game matters, he may be right.

But even if the Spurs lose, we will come back strong next season. Believe in the Spurs and that every year they will have a shot at the gold. That's a lot more than other teams fans have to look forward to.

The LAKERS did it in 2004 and the CAVS did the same in 2007. I think more than ever, now is the time for the SPURS to use their experience and pull this off. The HORNETS maybe younger and athletic but the SPURS has the HEART of a CHAMPIONS.
