At least Barry's stroke is pretty much on, and can take the ball to the hole when the defense collapses. Finley has done absolutely nothing this entire series. Finley's showing flashes of Terry Porter vs. the Lakers in 2001. Time for a change. Thoughts?

i dont care as long as he gets more minutes. Just give it to duncan and they put all 5 guys on him barry instantly has a wide open shot over and over and over...

Question. Can Barry play any D? Just asking. Ive seen alot of Spurs ball but I just know Barry as a deep threat

Barry or Manu should start. Finley ain't getting it done.

Spurs dont need D right now.

Agreed. But Pop won't make any changes, all we need is some 'heart'.

:rolleyes

Game 3 should be:

Parker on Paul
Bowen on Peja
Barry on MoPete
Thomas on West
Duncan on Chandler

But we're going to get

Bowen on Paul :pctoss
Finley on Peja :pctoss
Parker on MoPete :pctoss
Thomas on West
Duncan on Chandler

He can't do no worse than Michael Finley. They're just about equal defensively.

Start Manu, but definitely give Barry some PT. Udoka is too raw to have on the court right now.

Since Fin can't play D it doesn't matter. As long as nobody from that position is hitting the wide open shots they're being given, the Spurs have zero chance.

:lol Barry on MO Peterson? If he can go off on Tony Parker, I'm pretty sure he can go off on Brent Barry.

Barry defenitly needs to get more PT than Finley

Well if he doesnt play any D(neither can finley) as you guys say... then why would u be worried about him on MO Pete. He started off the game well against Parker but hes usually just a wing man.

At this point of time Barry needs some of Manu's minutes too. Manu's been doing a lot more harm then good ever since he hurt his ankle :(.

I would say start manu instead of reducing his minutes. Barry should get more minutes off in the next game.

At this point of time Barry needs all of Manu's minutes too. Manu's been doing a lot more harm then good ever since he hurt his ankle :(.

So you're saying we shouldn't play Manu at all?

What confounds me about Finley is that even when hes wide open he pump fakes.

Who the hell is he pump faking?

As bad as Manu was...the Spurs did even worse when he was on the bench. In the 2nd quarter Manu gave us a 5 point cushion...

it's kinda like this: Spurs worse with Manu. Spurs worser without Manu....

If Manu didn't make stupid erratic decisions, (getting into foul trouble) we could have finished the 3rd quarter better without him on the bench.
