His annoying over-hustling has never been more on display than it was last night when he missed the technical FT (after Horry’s flop). I've never seen somebody sprint to get the ball to give it back to the ref after missing a technical FT… :lol

I think it's pretty clear...
Too bad the rest of the team looked like they were sleep walking.

Brent looks 100%, and he's hitting his 3Gs.
He can't play any worse defense than Michael, can run the break and offense better than Michael.
Spurs need lots more 3Gs to fall, Brent needs lots more minutes.

Brent, Horry, Vaughn, Oberto, Udoka
that lineup was the best for the SPurs last night.
Pop needs to start them and sit the small 3

:lol he ran to get it because he was pissed off at himself for missing the FT. Kind of like when you run to get a paper towel after you spill your sloppy joe on your t shirt fatty.

what is the point of this thread?
That the Mavs aren't in the playoffs.

...or that Mav fan wished Dirk would rise to the occasion and be the over-hustling white guy for once...

Barry replacing Fin would be a good start on the road to recovery...

Pop's refusal to put Brent in for no more than three minutes at a time, when it's obvious he's the only one on the team that can consistently knock down the wide open threes they're giving us is extremely frustrating.

im just hesitant about doubting finley. remember how finley was degraded a couple a months ago for his poor shooting? hell get out of his slump. all a shooter needs is one good night to get back in thier groove. besides finley can jump shoot on the fly and barry can not.
Lackluster

barry did have the hot hand last night. unfortunately i can't see pop messing with rotations though at this point as far as starters go.
more minutes though is very doable. as long as he's feeling good i reckon.

I don't think we have much breathing room to allow Finley a chance to get back in his groove. He peaked at the wrong time this season IMO.

If we were up two we could risk having Finley out there to get out of his slump. As it is, we're down two. It's time for action.
