He says he would consider coming back to Dallas. I am sure he is happy Avery is gone. I for one want him back, what do you guys think?

Mavs need to land a low post scorer and athletic wing players. Not add another bigman who cant score for shit. Diop is literally the last player they need right now.

Once you trade a guy you can almost never get him back. Unless he comes back like S. Francis - damaged goods.

im not sure whats the hype with this guy. hes a decent defender at best but he got little to no offensive game.

Maybe so, but the way he's been overrated is ridiculous. He gets some sort of glory for "shutting down" Duncan in that series when Dampier played the whole game and Diop came off the bench with fresh legs in overtime.

hes a nice backup center. gotten to the point where he doesnt fuck up open layups anymore on offense, and plays solid defense.

Im not saying Diop is a scrub. Im saying unless the Mavs can use their LLE on Diop, they need to stay away from him. They need to use that MLE on a player such as Pietrus,Barnes,etc etc. Athetes on the wings for Kidd to run with and A low post scoring bigman.
