We have underachieved the past couple years, we were very complacent. However, with distractions two years ago (Ben vs the locker room) tore the team apart and we allowed a BS Miami team to get through us...

...last year, we had crying from the biggest bum in Detroit basketball history (Chris Webber) to turn our locker room against eachother...

Sorry fellas, but this year, we are locked in, and ready to fucking ASSASSINATE anyone in our path.

Wings are taking the cup...and our boys from the PALACE are bringing the :lobt2:

No more distractions...:lobt:

:lol at manly Mr. Muhme using a video made to promote that "biggest bum" as an attempt to send a message one year too late.

A big fan.

Not gonna change the fact that the 2007-model video wasn't very successful in 2007.

The title talk is premature, but Billups did not play today.

On the road without starting point guard Chauncey Billups.

No need to brag, but it wasn't just a one point escape.

I don't think it's the time to boast or brag, but the win was impressive on several levels, mainly because no other team in the second round of these playoffs has won a road game yet.

Come on down off the ladder. We haven't won crap yet everyone know it's going to be Boston VS LA.

The Lakers, Jazz, Spurs, Hornets, Cavaliers, and Magic all won road playoff games. What are you talking about?

Detroit would beat Boston. Just win one of the first two in Mass-hole Ville and the Pistons would have them on the run.

Now the Cavaliers, on the other hand...

I think the Pistons are looking really really good. But they need to have Chauncey in full shape in order to win the rings. It also shows that sometimes you need to keep a core toghether for a couple of years before they win, or win again. The Mavs and Suns clearely panicked way too early.

I hope this win makes Flip understand one thing: the Pistons, just like in 2004, are a much much better team when Rip is carrying the offense, and not when Chauncey is trying to be the hero by launching off balance 3s. That was a key reason of their failures in the last couple of years under Flip. LB gave Chauncey some freedom, but he also seemed to know when to reign him in. Flip appearently gave the green light to Chauncey and doesn't know when to control him a bit.
