Wow, Ballsy Call Dude.

You think the team that goes down 3-2 will probably lose the series? I didn't see that coming bt you may be right.

Just kidding dude.

If the Spurs win this game NO might as well not bother coming back to San Antonio.

Wow, people are really throwing around the demonstrative superlatives today. Whatever that means..you get it.

All or Nothing scenarios. Its game 5, someone will win, someone will lose. It takes 4 to win. If anything, I think home court advantage is no longer a part of the equation. Both teams know how to win on the road. I hope the Hornets come out running and gunning.

My guess is that the Hornets are going to be so amped, they will throw up crap shots thinking that they are supposed to go in. They certainly played like they couldn't wait to get back home where "all is good". If we keep our composure and play our game, we should win.

Let's not forget that we have led 3 out of 4 games in this series. The one time we did not, we still won.
The 3rd quarter has been our achille's heel. If we can keep it close until the 4th, we can drown them in deeper water...just like this series. OR, we can just blow them the fuck out. Either way, just win.

If we lose, same deal. Just win game 6 and play hard game 7.

I couldn't find it, but the %age of taking a series by winning Game5 is almost up there with the %age of losing a series at 0-2.

I'm sure ESPN will be bleating the %age tonight.

THE Pivotal Game.

I was laughing my ass off when Bill Walton said Game 6 against the Lakers in the 2003 Championship run was the biggest game in the History of the Spurs.
Tom Tolbert replied, 'Really ? Bigger than when they won the Championship ?".. Classic. Walton was actually quiet for a few seconds before trying to come back with something smart to say.

Spurs have never won a series when trailing 0-2. Then again, they've never had such a golden opportunity against a team that has never done anything.

True. We can erase the "94 percent of teams down 2-0 end up losing the series" statistic this evening with a victory.

It's a must win for NOH. If they lose it is over. I think the spurs could overcome a loss tonight if they had to, but they won't have to.

Right now it is.... it is a make or break game in the Spurs quest to successfully defend their title for the first time.
