Any ladies (or weird guys) use their products? I love their chapstick/lip balm.

I just bought one of their new flavored lip balms and it was nasty, so I called their customer service and they called sent me (within 2 days) a whole starter packet kit of like 10 sample products. It's rare that you get such good customer service.

Anyways, the products are made from all natural ingredients, but they run a little pricey but are worth it. :tu
