LOL,

If only Rasho were healthy, we could have five white guys on the court right now.

:lmao

He's pretty good. Taller than I thought he was.

Got a nice jump shot.

Has some rust, nice length.

Itll be tough when Rasho comes back to keep Wilks active and not Marks.

wow, I never really got into this game.
no heat, no fire, no emotion, just cold blooded murder

8 points 3 boards.

Great work out of Marks.

Looking forward to what he brings the next couple weeks

Did he get any dunks? Watching the livescore I didn't see any, but if he gets 10mins playing time every game while Rasho is out, expect some nice facials on opposing bigmen.

Geez, this wasn't just a beating but a freaking caning. Singapore style.

This was a team that had just won 6 in a row? Pfft.

I notice Webber exited stage left when he realized he could use a slightly tweaked ankle as an excuse. Guess he wasn't up for a pummeling.

Did he get any dunks?

Nope. But he hit some nice outside shots.

Marks looked smooth out there. It'll be interesting to see what he does in a game that is close.

No doubt.
Has anyone heard ARCO that freaking quiet? Like a sprint commercial.

Great seeing Marks drain some...

"what he does in a game that is close."

he very probably won't get in a game that is close

If he plays like he did tonight Boutons, he prob will.

Shows nice outside touch.

If he can rebound and defend well, and be tough inside, hes worthy of a long term contract.

one thing is sure, Tony M and Sean aren't shy about shooting.

I can see games that it would make sense to start Marks. Massenburg won't work against all teams.

DIdn't get to see the game. How mobile a defender does Marls look compared to are other bigs? And how smart defensively covering his post assignments?

Pop don't NEED NO OFFENSE from Marks, he be defense first, rebound like maniac, and 3rd, maybe score.

From just this game, he's an average defender at best. He got lost a couple times in the pick-and-rolls. He's also pretty skinny, so he's not going to out muscle many players. But seeing as this was his first game in years, he'll probably be able to improve to become an average defender.

He has other strengths. He can jump high. He's fast. He can hit the open jumper. And even has three point range.

He's worth playing over the next couple games to see what the Spurs have. At worst, you put him on IR when Rasho gets back. At best, you have a new 10th or 11th man.

Good times.

Id deactivate Wilks if Marks keeps playing this well.

You can't have that many bigmen on the roster.

Overkill.

Cut Rasho.

So Sequ Brewski and everyone else in the forum can celebrate.

Rasho = Satan.

Does anyone have any pictures that they could post on here of Marks.

It's about time he saw some action out there on the court. In the end the Spurs might be happy that rasho got injured, so Marks can show he's got what it takes to be a starter on this team.

Good start for Marks as a Spur this year. Will give him a fair bit of confidence to get a few buckets.

Go you Anzac.

First minutes in a regular season game in his 2 years on the Spurs' payroll. Not bad.
