Alright, Spurs Fans! If you are attending tomorrow night's Game 6 at the AT&T Center, it's time for us to stand up - literally! We better have people standing and screaming their heads off for this team. No matter if you are sitting in the front row or the last row of Club 200! The season is on the line and we need to become the best rabid Spurs fans we can be. There better be painted faces, Spurs jerseys and t-shirts, noise makers, signs, and everything else! The time is now! If you are in the building, you better BRING IT! I challenge the entire building to stand the entire game... to yell non-stop... and to show this team that we still believe!

Who's with me?!?!?!?!

:flag:

BELIEVE!

I challenge the team sponsors to give everyone a black t-shirt to everyone so we can black out the Center. Damn I wish I could be there.

of course the spurs will be cheap and probably provide us with gay as clappers or marracas and no cool shirts or rally rags like everyone else. Also, everyone will probably be too nervous to go all out unless we start blowing em away. Look for the usual lame AT&T non rowdy crowd. Too bad my ass can't afford to be there cause I'd be cheering my ass off from start to finish. Dammit!! Anyone going tomorrow by the way?

Was at the playoffs last year when HEB provided the white GO SPURS GO shirts. I think black would make a bigger statement.

It took forever for them to just give out one shirt and NO has been given em out at every game..

I'm wearing the colors to work (as usual on game day during the playoffs) and will be in full Spurs gear with noise makers at the game sec 223 row 4!!! The true FANS need to show up for this one ready to rock and roll! Just hope I don't have some a--holes texting during the entire game sitting next to me. I HATE those people at games.

GO SPURS GO!!!:lobt2:

I have never been to a Spurs game before since i live in NY but they seem very loud and into it on TV. They were very loud for Suns/Spurs in game 5 from what i could tell. They always sell out on gameday and they will be loud, Spurs need to give them something to cheer about.

Section 123, row 31, like I always say, right behind David Robinson, 30 rows behind David Robinson but hey, it is a straight shot.:lol And Eva is more like 20 rows right in front of me, just two to the left.

Yeah and we have very little corporate sponsorship too. We had an ambulance chaser sponsor the rally rags in the first series, Bud sponsor it in game two vs you guys. The shirts were sponsored by the local Casino last game, and Toyota at game one. I know you all have tons of big companies that could stand up and sponsors promotions, just seems like so many people just expect to go all the way, that there isn't much support before the finals.

We also get posters, Peja heads, noisemakers, and yard signs and decals when we leave. Mad props to our promotions team

That is sad its the freakin' 7th biggest city in the Country. Freakin Austin is right down the Interstate. Millions of people in that area and they can't sell out. While NO has sold out every playoff game, usually the day after tickets go on sale, and we are the 47th biggest city in the country. Just sad.

FIESTA tonight at the AT&T center!

seriously, we don't need motivational/organizational threads to get up for a game. Y'all are pathetic.

san antonio is like the 27th largest metro area...and i seem to remember NO having a hard time selling out games until everyone realized the hornets weren't going to suck this year

Yeah the dollar/free beer is enough to bring the fans to the hive.

SA other stadium the Alamodome has a really cool "fiesta" area outside of the stadium. For Saints games it was alot of fun. One of the best pre-game areas I have ever seen.

I hope we build the jazz park/stadium district park soon outside the Dome.

Yeah you right, but seeing that it looked like our owner wanted to move to OKC, it was hard to want to support his pockets. The product was great though and eventually fans came back, and we added many more fans.

Yeah we had a game this year with only 9,200 people and that is sad. still think its much worse not to sell out your playoff games.

I already have tickets for the next nine possible playoff games.

Nice. We get 46 % ticket price increases. At least they did away with that awful start up music.

*** I'm wearing my lucky T-shirt tonight. Its not a Spurs shirt either. How about calling out the Spurs ? Calling them out to play like Champions and play for all 4 quarters ? I'd like to see that tonight.

the crowd doesnt seem to be that much into a game unless it's do or die for the spurs...

i thought the game 3 crowd was 2x better than the game 4 crowd.

i'm expecting it to be a very energized crowd tonight.

It used to be that way in SA. Every business in town had 'Go Spurs Go' on their signs outside or in their windows - even houses had them in the yards. You couldn't drive safely for all the Spurs flags flying down the the highway - huge ones standing upright in the back of pickup trucks. People even dyed their damn dogs black and silver during the playoffs!

Now I think we're used to it and we don't pay attention until the Big Games roll around. It's sad and frustrating because the Spurs deserve so much better than they're getting around here. :nope

Actually, I am jealous because I would love to be able to score Laker tix at the last minute.

I actually lucked out and got Game 1 tix vs Utah because TM strangely released some about 24 hours before the game......but as far as I can tell they didn't release any for Game 2 or 5.

Keeping my eye open for Game 7 (assuming NBA will ensure a Game 7 with another officiating debacle in Utah)
